Michelle began working at MMF within a year of its founding, now over 25 years ago. She knows MMF inside and out, as she has played a significant role in building it from the ground up. From sales and estimating to purchasing and delivery, she has done everything at MMF but swing a hammer. Today she excels at coordinating our projects to ensure timely completion for our customers.

He is not Mr. Rogers but he loves “the neighborhood” and it is usually a beautiful
day for him in it. Logan ensures that resources and customer needs are aligned for success through great communication. He enjoys teaching the local sheet metal worker apprentices through the JATC program in Wapakoneta, Ohio.

His “top-gun” look suites Brandon for his speed and ability to do hard things as much as his appearance, and possibly more depending on who you ask. He comes from an entrepreneurial family, and he applies that entrepreneurial mindset and work-ethic to his craft. A leader by example, do not let his humble demeanor fool you. His work does the talking.
